Midday Meditation @bantankard











Hello! It's Whole Heart Wednesday! Today is like no other Wednesday you've ever seen and I want to encourage you to do all that you have purposed in your heart to do (the good and legal things that is) and do it wholeheartedly.



As you listen to this song, take time to destress ... that's right ... let go of all the stressers and triggers and  breath. Refocus your attention first on being thankful to God for that job, position, day, and whatever blessing you realize that you have. Think on those things. Next set your mind on what you need to do. What's really your priority?  You have a pile of Things to Do on your desk, but what's the most important? Get it done.



Remember you can do all things through Christ that gives you strength. His peace surpasses our understanding and will be perfected in you as you concentrate and set your affections on HIM.
"Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these other things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33)
